Our blown extrusion lines produce films with 3, 7 and 9 layers (with recipes including more than 20 components, be them base polymers or additives). Both process and component-dosing control are controlled by PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), which ensures that production processes are completely repeatable and traceable. The dosing system is a gravimetric system, i.e. it is equipped with a weighing system, in order to ensure the full compliance with the set recipes. Moreover, in all the processing steps, the IT control ensures continuous monitoring of the manufacturing processes with the most modern traceability techniques.
